From Medellín to Scottsdale: A Journey of Success Our story started in Medellín, Colombia, where our founder, Daniela Castro, found inspiration to create a different kind of beauty experience. After personally experiencing the impact of impeccable service, she decided to start a business that combined quality, warmth, and professionalism. Since 2018, Luxe Eyes Spa has grown into a recognized name for excellence in lash extensions, brow design, and innovative treatments. With this international experience, we are proud to take the next exciting step: opening our second location in Scottsdale, AZ. This expansion allows us to bring our vision of transformative beauty and exclusive techniques to a new community while maintaining the same passion and dedication that defines us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Luxe Eyes, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
